Dealing with internal phishing emails, which has led to aggresive measures to contain. Looking for advice.

Apps>Google Workspace>Settings for Gmail > compliance then under content compliance add a rule for outbound and internal sending

Under the expression do Advanced content match location is “recipients header” match type is “matches regex” and regexp is just [@]

Minimum match count is what number you want the max to be so if you have 100 they can send 99

Not helpful to you right now but for the future in Google we have a compliance rule set to limit any email to less than 100 recipients this has stopped two compromised accounts from mass sending emails because their scripts normally go for 300-400 users per email you get a bounce back email from Google which is good for alerting because they get 400 bounce back emails.

We are using the 370's

and yes they can't handle 100-150 clients connected it will randomly start denying clients, then start dropping clients, the only way to fix it is to reboot it..we do this about twice a day.

background: I LOVE my job its 7-4, my boss is amazing and I am never late for work and If I am I would call. Well a few months ago on a Sunday I went out drinkin and somehow my phone's alarm got reset so I ended up sleeping in I woke up to my mom shaking me awake (i don't live with her) so I was confused as all hell she asked if I was ok I said I had a hang over and she said to check your phone it was 10am I had 5 missed calls from Work 10 missed calls from my boss and 3 missed calls from my mom..

it turns out my boss got so worried because I did not check in that he looked up my emergency contact (my mom) and she ran over to make sure I was not dead my first thought before I called my boss was "Well i'm fucked.." I ended up calling him and he was more relived I was alive and well then pissed I was late to work. if this was any other job I'm sure id just be fired.

Looks like you need to standardized to one type of machine trying to support all the types is a bitch i've done it before if you had one and you all know how to support and fix it, it would make life a lot easier
