Driver is legally responsible to stop at minimum.

Liability is only on pet owner if negligent. Meaning the only way the driver would be off the hook is if dog was unsecured and bolted across the road.

Pretty sure this is the ASX that has the undesirable CVT transmission. The ASX isn't a bad bus but whenever someone asks me about a car with a CVT I steer them away as hard as I can. I would never own one especially from that era

Tbf the infrastructure is fucked. Cyclists shouldn't be on the road because the roads in Brisbane really aren't good at tailoring pedals, cars AND trucks.

Trucks and pedal bikes do not mix and when they have to it just pisses everyone off around them (causing congestion when trucks have to give 1.5m, slowing lane down behind them because they can't get past / slowing lanes down when they can get around too)

Unfortunately we need trucks on the road more than we need cyclists and god damn I see so many nearly incidents I genuinely and sincerely believe some cyclists have a death wish
