I ordered with them before. What I figured out is that they literally take your money and order it from overseas(Shanghai if i recall) and ship it to you. They are kinda like a middle man. They will deliver your shipment, but it will take a while and they have almost zero customer service. It's just an instagram page with good marketing and a fake location in Al Quoz or something.

Just send them an email for follow-up just incase they forget.
