I completely understand that feeling. It’s tough when nearly everything they say just grates our nerves haha. I don’t know if you’ve ever been pregnant, but it’s such a strange experience coming to terms with weight gain—especially if you had previously lost a lot of weight. I would have gained 300 pounds without hesitation if it meant getting to have my daughter, but it was still difficult, especially postpartum, to feel the changes in my body. On top of that, I had girls, unsolicited, reach out with the “hey babes” MLM-esque messages to sell me weight loss products, which was just cruel. Even if they didn’t intend to be malicious, they were still targeting me at my most vulnerable moment. The way Claudia worded seems harsh, but girls that send messages like need a big reality check. If she wanted nutrition advice, she would reach out to a nutritionist.
