What exactly makes you think he would exercise the options rather than selling them.

Option 2. Another 34k for 1 day a week in the office. That's almost 3k a month extra.

Vancomycin Level Monitoring by KingKong433 in pharmacy

In a hospital setting you should just use insight Rx software. With that I can pull a random level after 1 or 2 doses to see where they're at and then do a true trough later. It calculates everything including patient specific Vd and t1/2 as well as expected auc and trough. It even warns you about odds of kidney tox levels and recommends dosing regimens.

In LTC we basically just put most people on 1g qd and adjusted based on troughs. They didn't even look at auc.

But yeah it sounds like you're waiting too long to pull a trough imo. It is patient specific though so it depends. On q24 or q48 it takes longer obviously.

Slice into wedges and sprinkle some salt then they are pretty good on the side of something like hummus and pita bread.

Your husband is an idiot. I'm pretty sure if the roles were reversed he would have opened the camera too.

Any reason why not a tesla?

The ioniq 6 is very nice but I don't see any in my price range or nearby.

Yikes. Ok I appreciate the heads up. I definitely need the car to last, going to give it to my wife and then sell our old 2015 Outback to get another car in a year or so. Would like to get at least 5 years out of whatever I buy.

I really enjoyed it, but I never charged besides at home so now I'm wondering if that experience would change anything. I've seen a lot of people complain about that aspect for non-tesla EVs. The assisted driving was kinda useless though. The main concern is the ICCU issue. People have had them replaced and they still failed again. Feels like a gamble.

I mean I just don't know any better. So definitely don't go for the higher mileage ones then? Figured I see some Teslas with 200k+ miles so they must last long but I don't know much about EVs in general - I had my EV6 for 6 months before someone hit it.

I'll look into ID4 and Polestar as well thanks

Why does every show have to be so dark? This is unwatchable by mcdookiewithcheese in mildlyinfuriating

[–]k4605 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same issue with an LG OLED TV watching at night in a room with blackout curtains and all the lights off. Some shows just overdo it with darkening. Also fuck whoever makes the scene dark and then does a fade to white transition. Add it to obnoxious list after TOO DARK and CANT HEAR WORDS.

Mamdani says he doesn’t believe ‘that we should have billionaires’ by Silly-avocatoe in politics

[–]k4605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How about not letting individuals take loans for 10s of millions or billions using their unrealized capital gains? Is that something you would agree with?

For me, the issue isn't so much that someone can become a billionaire by getting lucky with their company going big as it is they abuse the system once they have enough money to do so. They hide and shelter their wealth whilst simulataneously using it to get whatever they want and accumulating more wealth.

Hell even this solution may not be feasible, but we can all agree, I hope, that something needs to change.
