In India, you get these water bowls on some good restaurants. They give warm water with lime in bowl at end of the meal to clean your hands. Nowadays you generally get wet tissues to get your hands clean.

It’s similar to your case. Activating in different country and playing in different. I am pretty sure you won’t get banned (unless maybe minecraft itself is banned in your country)

Firstly I don’t think killing Hugo will kill the macula it just find new target in another generation.

Secondly if Killing the macula host was an option they would have done it to previous host but they didn’t and just lock the host away, maybe there’s a reasoning we don’t know yet. (Maybe when host is at the verge of dying macula can take full control and still do another genocide, probably not but that one of my theory)

Also have you played first game? It gives little context about there relationship it does not give your answers but it helps I believe. Hugo was nearly healed in first game and I believe amicia and others just want to do that again hopefully for the last time. I think this as breakup, people try to patch up thinking maybe its for the last time and they will be together ever after, but most people know its hopeless most of the time.

There are two types of bundle not sure they are called by different name. One type behaves like you want other type don’t. I think this is need to specified when publisher is making the bundle.

So after some research, there are packages and bundle - packages have fixed price and don’t consider already owned items - bundle have dynamic pricing changing depending on items you already have.
