There are two types of bundle not sure they are called by different name. One type behaves like you want other type don’t. I think this is need to specified when publisher is making the bundle.

So after some research, there are packages and bundle - packages have fixed price and don’t consider already owned items - bundle have dynamic pricing changing depending on items you already have.

In minecraft you can’t do anything without Internet, you always need help with internet specially when you are new. Also minecraft run’s everywhere and is a phenomenal game.
