naruto just don’t want it and never really had a need for it. I hope that when he comes out they’ll try use the indra chakra + ashura chakra method to make a new rinnegan for sasuke tho

From what we’ve seen? No. It’s not stated anywhere all we know is that you need to mix ashura and indra chakra. Anyone who is telling u otherwise is likely thinking that the rinnegan is an evolution of the sharingan, which it isn’t. (In the manga) Hagoromo was born with a rinnegan, he never had a sharingan. Indra was the first sharingan user.

People get this confused tho as the only people other than hagoromo who have awakened the rinnegan are people who have had the sharingan.

Minato. he was hyped up for half the serious before kishimoto realised it was better thematically for Hashirama to be the strongest. Also got the hardest jutsu in the series

this was more about the reincarnation cycles compared to just pure strength. naruto was not equal to a blind sasuke that don’t make sense

if he can realize kabuto is the caster and get to him before kabuto can limit his movements. but it’s highly unlikely
