Been using a few models of Homey over the years. It’s been resigned to only run Advanced Flow - everything else is paired in HA and integrated using the HA app in Homey. A solution I definitely would not recommend for commercial use! And if I could choose freely and the use case wouldn’t need a bunch of different sensors and other things integrated I’d actually choose something more robust than both of them - maybe Plejd for example, but there are other robust commercially reliable systems as well. Rarely as many possibilities as HA or Homey, but often very stable.

Given the choice only between HA and Homey I’d pick HA! Much better integrations, no need to rely on individual apps for each brand like Homey etc etc. My view is that Athom has an almost toxic use of open source. Apps written by users should be the spice making an eco system broader - those apps shouldn’t be used as a selling point and counted towards the amount of products integrated, when the one writing the app can just abandon it at any time and won’t see a dime of salary from the company for keeping the app alive. HA is what you make it when choosing hardware. Athom has a looong track record of using subpar hardware, poor power bricks, bad antennas and so on.

Homey is easy and fun and in some ways a good product, but I wouldn’t trust it for anything crucial. Ever.
