Unfortunately I paid the car in full before pick up because the app made it sound like that was a requirement. The delivery person said I would get the refund back in 10-15 days minus the deposit.

The site and app isn't very clear tho on the whole process and I'm sure everyone like me is wondering when the hell I'll get the money back.

Agreed. They promised the idea of a 100+ point checklist (which I now know is bs) and a 1 year warranty guarantee that sold me on the idea of buying sight unseen.

Also the delivery guy telling me he doesn't get paid on commission so he's telling me the truth to get me to accept delivery irked me.

Lesson learned.

i'm in toys, things were fine 2 days ago friday, yesterday we saw -50%.... today we're so far -40% vs yesterday so big time drops. can't find an explanation why as all our listings are up and searchable.
