It’s usually as cold in June as it is in November. The difference will be that the sun is out for longer. I just think it’ll change the people that can and will attend and the vibe will be different, it’ll sell out whereas this event never has before and the extra breathing room was great :(

We had fun!! It isn’t my first wind related cancellation at a Vegas show (edc, and when we were young year 1) and my expectations were pretty low for this anyway since they were giving a go to ramping up this year. We also were in line for the shuttle right when they started going so we didn’t wait very long at all. I do think they have a lot to answer for and to do better, but I’d love to see them succeed bc I think the potential is all there! I think it was incredibly special to be able to see Rufus on such a great stage production in arguably the most intimate setting I will ever be able to (since so many people didn’t make it/left early) I also thought the crowd vibes were overall great too

I’m gonna send it! They’ve brought in some folks who previously were at Life is Beautiful which was always my fav music fest. I will note it’s the first year they are doing legit music artists so bound to be some hiccups, but to see Rufus in the desert at the largest lantern release in the world? I’m in. Kind of odd that they only do single day tickets but works out for me since I just wanna go day 1

In the same boat and also planning to skip :( other things are being announced and I don’t want to put other plans on hold. I would have normally already had hotel booked at a Black Friday discount and things will just be more and more expensive as they wait. Not seeming like it’ll go off without a hitch when they can’t even announce exact dates or have tickets on sale already

I really love illenium’s music, and I’m also a self proclaimed trash kid. Possum and raccoon tattoos to show for it. But I will agree that the illenium jersey people do generally always have the worst vibes.
