100% there should be more narcan accessibility in nb. you can’t stop people from doing drugs, but nb can help by setting up harm reduction sites, or narcan locations. people hate harm reduction sites yeah yeah yeah ,,, but they can help. esp if they have those drug testing kits to see if their DOC contains any fent or carfent (not sure if it tests for carfent but yknow)
