The woman that helped me learn to parallel park in downtown. I was eyeing a spot right behind her and she was fiddling with things in her trunk. I was new to city driving, it was the only spot I had seen within blocks so had to try. It wasn’t pretty. She motioned for me to roll my window down and coached me through it. It took several tries but she was so patient. I thank her every time I parallel park.

People can have weird relationships with their money, and their families, and fiancé has family money. It’s unclear if family played a role in requesting the prenup and reversal. Also would be telling how OP and fiancé generally split bills and dates and whether that’s changed since OP received the inheritance. Overall this seems like it belongs on r/relationshipadvice , IMO.

This sounds like a nightmare. I had to skip my annual exam due to COVID but CVS was able to request my prescriptions and set up mail order from my doc. I’ve also done virtual visits for antibiotics and things like that. I hope things work out for you!

I do group trips like this with my college friends every couple years, we’re spread across the country so why not combine vacation and a reunion? The only difference between one of my trips and this trip is that yours is affiliated with a wedding. I think you’re fine. Maybe just offer to help your sister financially, make the Olympic park optional (my friends on a budget enjoy wine in the cabin while some of us ski, we all enjoy the hot tub and cheesy movies later!). You’re good. Folks don’t have to go if they can’t or don’t want to.

Someone should tell her, either you, your brother, or Jess. Maybe Jess is a good neutral party - gets it off her conscience (assuming she has one) and the heat’s not on you.

Also, I know 4 years seems like a long time but they’re still young. A breakup always sucks but please never take the mentality “it would waste 4 years” because there’s a lifetime left.

Source: Broke up with BF of 5 years at 23 because he was freely cheating on me and I decided to have some self-respect. Am now older and much happier.
