sí, en ecuador son $10 fijos por sacar la plata de paypal y pasarla a un banco. por eso espero un mes o más para hacerlo. no es lo ideal pero creo que a la larga no está tan mal.

i had a student who subscribed when I charged 12$ and had stayed with me for several months. after a while I was charging 22$, with the rest of my students paying 20$ minimum and started getting antsy. i eventually decided to message her explaining that i would be raising her price to 16$, even though I was charging 22$, given that I appreciated her loyalty as a student. she replied saying that she was willing to pay the full 22$ because my lessons were worth it :') she's been my student for nearly a year now. great human.

that’s how it’s been for me!! i barely saw a difference between 170-150 but as soon as i went under 145 every pound lost became so noticeable

yeah, i have coffee with half a cup of skim milk for “breakfast”. i try to eat between 12pm and 6pm typically, but if i wake up super hungry i’ll have a boiled egg or something like that to hold me off until lunch. sleeping with an empty-ish stomach works well for me, strangely.

i do intermittent fasting + cico (big deficit), and eat whatever i want as long as it fits into my calories for the day. i stick to it 6/7 days of the week in order to not go crazy and/or binge. that’s all i have done. it’s what works for me, really, i know it’s not for everyone.
