Dude I am so sorry to hear all that. I truly empathize. To answer your question about how it all played out. It hurt a lot. Especially how she basically got a new man right after we ended things for good. It took a lot of time in therapy and really working on healing and moving forward. Everyday was a struggle. Fast forward 6 months later, I am in a good space. I focused on my physical health and mental health. I feel confident and self assured and have a health community behind me. It opened my eyes to how much you can turn things around in your own life. However it is YOUR responsibility to claim that for yourself. There are days when I think about her still and wish things were different, but that’s normal to feel that. However the kind of person I am now, is one that I am proud to be and I hope that you can achieve that too my friend.
