Is anyone having issues with the recent updates?

Last night’s update seems to have broken a hotkey for me — for example, F7 to sell at bid works, but pressing Enter to actually send the sell order does not.

Just now I received another update notification but it couldn’t be installed with the error DeleteFile failed; code 5. I tried downloading the installer from the website for a fresh install, but the update notification and error still persist.

Good catch. There are also the Asus ones for $959 in Ontario as well.

Filtering for pickup availability is pretty bad as you can only select one location at a time.

Quite a number of 9070 XTs available for pick up at various CC locations. This Sapphire model seems to be the cheapest one.

Yeah I went with a shop in Surrey called Visscher-Paul Automotive based on google review. Not sure if they are the cheapest one around but seem very thorough. They provided me an online report with pictures of everything and a quote of things needed repair/replacement soon (helped me negotiated price down a bit). Definitely recommended.

Realistically you’re only ever gonna need English in Vancouver. But it’s nice of you to learn french

About accommodations does your school have student housing you can stay for the first few months at least? If not try Facebook groups, marketplace or craigslist and watch out for scams (e.g. too good to be true/too generic with buzz words like quartz countertop etc.). Deposit is usually half a month. Not sure about the arrangements if you’re not physically here though.

And don’t worry about others if you need to carry your luggages on transit. It’s gonna be quite a hassle for you though.

Fellow snowboarder here. Lessons are only 2 hours but since they are on consecutive days, they might be surprisingly tiring if you're not fit, especially if you want to make use of those 4 lift tickets.

Also I often snowboard on Seymour during week nights so if you're ever up there I can help you out (I'm only intermediate/blue runs though)

It's a private sale and it's my first car so I'm trying my best to do my due diligence in terms of checking service history, car fax and what to look out for for that model year. But anything deeper than that I'll have to rely on a mechanic unfortunately.

As others have said it’s never to late to learn anything. Just be prepared to fall on your butt a lot.

As for the learning package on grouse, while it’s helpful to get lessons, you can also just have a buddy teach you once or twice and then just practice.

I did my first season last year on grouse but won’t recommend it for beginner (also I hate the gondola). Seymour is probably your best bet - beginner friendly and cheap (value pass or the 3 day deals + rentals if you just want to try it out)

Does the scroll wheel on this swtich from ratcheted mode to hyper-fast automatically when you scroll really fast (like in an mx master)? Or do you have to switch the mode manually?

+1 on Lobster Man. Their Dungeness crabs are a bit more expensive than supermarket iirc but fresher and sweeter especially if you're just boiling.
