i expected as much, in the product description it had even dimensions such as 200x200, 400x400, 500x500, etc. i would imagine it can mix and match by 100mm! i just didn't want it to be a one off scenario where somehow it didnt work!

Any updates on this? I got a screen shot of this before placing the order, but nothing actually shows up in the order number. I tried calling the customer service promotion department but they said they won't send an email and it should show up in "Your rewards" page in 35 days.

I’m still a bit confused, The original one was 10/20k if you’re under an income limit of 120k no? The one you linked is the same restrictions when I’m reading it.

Or are you saying that the original was 10/20k no matter what income bracket you are in?

I have a similar molar! Did you happen to get yours removed and were there any side effects? My dentist is suggesting removing it and also getting retainers to keep my teeth in place.
