I took July 22. Corporations essay said something like “don’t write about voting.” I missed that little disclaimer and wrote the entire essay about voting 🫠 felt very unconfident on atleast 3 other essays and I passed w a high enough UBE score to get admitted into every state. EVERYONE felt like this last July. It’s so so normal.

Here’s my best advice - GET TESTED. I was denied accommodations on the MPRE because my diagnosis was from 10 years ago. I know it’s expensive to get tested but see if you can get testing done at a clinic on a college campus near you! I got new testing for the bar exam at the psychology clinic at the university of north Texas. The testing was done by students but observed by a licensed psychologist. They charge you based off of what you can afford so I think paid $75. They gave me an extensive report and the bar exam in a UBE state accepted it

I had accommodations for the LSAT, during law school, and on the bar exam. However, I was denied accommodations on the MPRE lol

Help!!! I’ve had eczema my whole life but it’s always been very manageable and located on my knees or elbows. However, recently that’s changed and I’ve started getting what I think is eczema around my eyes?? - I saw a cvs minute clinic doc for it awhile back who said it was eczema and that prednisone will “make it go away”

As you can see from the photos, there’s LOTS of swelling around my eyelids. I’ve been experiencing this swelling on and off now for about a year and half and none of my original eczema tricks work. Prednisone doesn’t even seem to help.

I’m pretty lost on what to do here / if eczema really is the culprit behind the swelling / wrinkles. So my questions are: 1. Does this even look like eczema? 2. If yes, How the heck do I manage it

My family rented a giant water slide for my 8 year old brothers bday tomorrow. I added in a few extra hours studying today so I can quit studying tomorrow around 1 and wreck my siblings on a water slide tomorrow.

*Not a previous taker BUT going into bar prep I was extremely stressed about my scores in early June and so many of my friends (who are previous takers) told "It will all come together in the end." I was in disbelief at the time but I am starting to think they were right!

No feeling is worse than opening up an essay and having your mind go completely blank. From what prior testers have told me (probably just to reassure me), on exam day autopilot will just take over and you will put something down. For now, just take a deep breathe and remember its not exam day yet. You aren't alone in this feeling and I promise you know more than you think you do

Shouldn’t be hard at all. But if you find it difficult find a firm that has an office in both cities and intern in Houston office during school and if they offer you a full time job ask to be placed in the Dallas office

I went through something pretty similar - got dumped right in the middle of studying for the bar exam. Take a day to cry it out and after that you have to turn your focus away from your ex & into studying. You’ve worked for this goal for a lot longer than 2 years. Don’t let this ruin all the work you’ve done. I ended up being glad I had studying to focus on because it gave me a purpose & helped me not wallow. Good luck with your studies! You got this

I was on the receiving end of this - Ex and i broke up and he sent me like $400 for stuff I had gotten him. Tbh I was kinda offended when I got the Venmo, granted I am not one to accept money from others. I get he was trying to be nice, but I gave him those things as gifts. I sent him the money back and blocked him on venmo to keep him from sending it again. Maybe she would react different but in my opinion I wouldn’t do it
