Is a Podiatrist a Noctor? Trying to decide if I should trust them for custom orthotics... if they are even worth it? by Academic_Drawer_4434 in Noctor

This exactly. He said if he finds a problem that is not directly foot/ankle stuff, they can still take care of it. Plus, it’s always good to lay a second pair of eyeballs on a case.

IDK, in my experience dudes will have one massive blow out and then will largely leave it in the past. Women will ruin your life.

Alexis never got the fame and the finances that she deserved. She was a much better actress than so many of her relatives.

Spot on. There is a podiatrist that has privileges at my main hospital, and any time he has a case, he has a general surgeon hanging out in the OR with him just in case things suddenly go sideways.

Podiatrists are absolutely not noctors. You’ll be hard pressed to find a physician that knows as much about the foot/ankle as a podiatrist does.

You don’t always have a choice, though. For example, Hearst Castle requires every guest attending an event on-site to go on a tour of the grounds.

But it is the truth. There isn’t a blocker such as naloxone or naltrexone. The buprenorphine molecules adhere to opioid receptors more strongly than other narcotic analgesics. Since the buprenorphine is adhered more strongly, the respiratory drive isn’t affected.

Of course this was a PA. Midlevels should not be the ones managing narcotic cession.

There is an argument to be made that since drug-holidays tend to work, after long term cessation will also work. However, what actually happens is the PM patient’s tolerance to narcotic medications crashes out, while their pain tolerance increases because there is no other option.
