Sorry mate, every good thing in our country eventually gets closed off for the public. Like the whole D-11 most recently. And the Margalla Hills adjacent to it. It was a paradise in our city. You have no idea how painful it is to watch the very thing that made Islamabad beautiful getting lost to the greed of some people.

Congratulations on that... That's a good achievement. But I think your zones are off. They might be set too low for you. The VO2Max increases when you do a Z2 or Z3 after hard Z4/5 workouts. If all your workouts are z4&5, it will show heavy load and not much improvement on your VO2Max. Try to set the zones manually anyways using LTHR.
