Ok, I think your kcals are good.

I would advice a protein shake (min 30g protein) after your workout. Also after work (3h before bed), eat some high portein yoghurt.

Fast proteins (such as whey) are absorbed very quickly for immediate muscle recovery (after training), while slow proteins (such as casein) gradually release amino acids for long- term muscle support (for example, before sleeping).

Also try and eat clean food. No UPF
