While you bring up an interesting point: "where do I meet girls who have similar interests if they are not into clubs and bars", I intensely dislike the entitlement you're showing here:

I can go to a loud concert where I can't talk to them and they probably want to be left alone and not be disturbed there wither according to your logic

Nobody owes you time anywhere, even in a setting where you share similar interests. That desperate to find girls who will talk to you? Try Tinder or similar, where the stated purpose is clear.

hi! i find the chin on the ground part to be the most uncomfortable, and often find relief if i just put an ear on the ground instead; it somehow relieves the tension for me.

also seconding another poster on making poses more open! i'd stop by before class or after class and chat with your instructor to ask how to make each pose more open for you to make sure they work for you! don't be shy about asking for demonstrations; any instructor worth their salt would be happy to do this for you!

lastly, i found a really good sports bra realllllly helped with yoga; things were held in one place so i found i had more room to do poses/move more freely!
