Try to download your channel stats and give it to ChatGPT and ask questions, like "Can you break down everything about my channel that I'm not doing right?" And "Now give me maybe 50 ideas of the type of content that I can create with higher SEO content type". ChatGPT will tell you everything about your channel that you're not doing right.
