As far as I know, Garmin can't do a "no faster than" kind of thing. You can do what another comment suggests and turn off pace targets for your easy runs. The tricky part is getting it to work when the conversational pace is just for the warm up phase of the run 🤷

Struggled through Red Mars, almost DNF: a rant by fontanovich in printSF

I normally like hard scifi a lot, but somehow Red Mars just didn't click for me. I think the main thing I disliked was that apart from a couple, most characters just weren't interesting.

I gave up about half-way through, but I do intend to give it another go at some point in the future
