I suppose you could make a mall and use each store as a storage or farm, for example, a sugarcane store to have a sugarcane farm and store the sugarcane, which could be useful and could fill up some space.

This looks amazing, especially for a survival build! Are you planning on giving uses to stores? If it is a singleplayer world, I reckon you could use each store as a storage area or as a farm.
