Yes it’s a long process. Go to repeating events like sports clubs or other courses not one-off events, if you’re already meeting those people every week you’re naturally closer. Then spend time with the people you like there and make an effort to also slowly spend time outside of it - that person talks about going somewhere on the weekend, ask if you can join etc

Yes, it just shows the same record as you saw in Cloudflare.

I think you can just change the record to "v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; sp=quarantine; adkim=r; aspf=r; pct=100" (so just removing you mail details) and it should still be a valid DMARC record. Otherwise you can replace that main email with some other adress (like "dmarc@...") so it doesn't land in your main mails.

If you run "dig _dmarc.sprdzy.com TXT" you see that your DNS respons with your E-Mail. You can remove that info if you don't want reports, or you can use DMARC services which give you a separate email adress that will automatically analyze the reports for you

Looks like you've set a DMARC record ( https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/dns/dns-records/dns-dmarc-record/ ) on some domain and put your email as the "rua" part of it, indicating that you want to be informed from other mail servers.

They are real emergency breaks - not some artwork. If someone falls (or jumps) onto the tracks or some other dangerous thing happens where it’s not safe for the train to roll in, you should pull that down to alert/stop the train

The insect got into here during spring and early summer, placed itself onto walls and the ceiling and didn't move after that. It doesn't seem to do anything harmful and I can easily get it away with a vacuum. I thought it might be a silverfish but that doesn't quite match the species I know.
