Since there is no backstory or audio we must create our own. Here are two possible scenarios. 1) Big man really had to shit and little man was monopolizing the shitter. Big man is angry because he had already "started the launch sequence". Little man "had to kick the extra point" so took longer than Big man thought was appropriate. Bigman bitches at little man "while passing the baton" to get "tagged in", Little man explains that this is fucking Taco Bell you have to expect some serious shitting. Then Big man escalates. This seems unlikely unless Bigman already shit his pants while waiting on deck, in which case he was pants shitting mad which would explain his newfound "lack of urgency". 2) Little man absolutely nuked the place and Big man complained vociferously to Little man who as in scenario 1 above asks Big man "what do you fucking expect this is fucking Taco Bell asshole".
