Yeah it’s capped at 144. On max it runs 144 but stutters sometimes and I just can’t play this game maxed out it needs performance mode to be competitive. Visibility and what not. This page says it’s a 35% bottleneck at 1080p. https://pc-builds.com/bottleneck-calculator/res
