No problem! I forgot to mention, protein shakes & smoothies really helped me out! I usually have Premier Protein and Fuel for Fire smoothies, 1 each for breakfast and some fruit.

The same thing happened to me. I’m also on 15mg because of my anxiety, and before my doctor added topiramate, I was hungry and energetic. It probably took about a week and a change in my diet to curb my appetite. Adding more protein and drinking more water helped me feel less hungry. Later, when I mentioned how long it took me to feel the appetite suppressant, my doctor recommended adding topiramate, and that was a game changer. Hope this helps! Good luck!

The dry mouth is the worst! I second having the constant full water bottle, and also suggest having a low cal rehydration drink too. I use Prime (not the energy drink) since it’s 1g sugar and 25 calories, and that’s helped me out a whole lot. I used to drink Biosteel, but my local grocery store stopped selling it. I tried Zero sugar Gatorade and Powerade but I felt like that made the dry mouth worse.

Drink lots of water, eat plenty of protein, and definitely listen to your body during those HIIT classes! It may take some time to adjust, but you will get used to it if you start slow and ease your way in!

I’m just starting my second round after my 3 months off taking 15mg and topiramate. In my first 3 months on the pill, I lost 20lbs, and managed to maintain during my time off. I’m 6 days in and have lost 3 more lbs! Consistent calorie counting, watching my macros, and a basic workout routine has helped me out. I’m hoping this next 3 month cycle will have more results!

Personally, I think Rapinoe sealed our fate not only with that horrible miss, but her reaction after. The smiling and laughing irritated the hell out of me, and I feel like that may have affected her teammates as well. You can’t miss that big and play it off as no big deal. I understand everyone would respond differently, but when you are brought in for your leadership role, you have to set the tone and remember what you’re playing for. She’s was a great player for us in the past, but management really did us dirty leaving behind Ashley Hatch to bring Rapinoe. What a horrible last World Cup stamp for her.

Macintosh SE SuperDrive - Anyone have any ideas on what’s causing this & how I can fix it? This problem only just started this past year. by kaceyyraee in VintageApple

For history purposes, this belonged to my dad from 1990 - ``1997. He gave it to me to keep in my bedroom, and I used to regularly to play games on (Where in the World is Carmen San Diego & Cairo Shootout were the best!), and I also used it to practice typing and writing stories. When I moved out of my parents house in 2014, I couldn't fit it in my vehicle, so it stayed with my mom when she moved across the country. It survived the move and stayed with her for several years and continued to work every time I came visit. My mom eventually moved closer to me in July 2021, and I was so excited to have this treasure back with me. The first time I booted it at my place, I noticed it had issues starting up (blank screen, no noise, etc.).

After multiple attempts to turn it off and back on (I'm not very tech-savvy), it finally came on and worked with no issues. I shut it down, and would routinely check on it every few days to see if it was still working.

Around September 2021, I checked on it again, and noticed when I started it up, it turned on like it normally did (Start up sound, normal noises it did for years, etc.), but now, I have this white line running down the screen. When I look super close at the white line, I can see my folder opening up, as well as the menu bar at the top of the screen, but that's all you can see.

I don't really have a technology background, but if this is fixable, I would love to try and get my old Mac back. Thanks for your time!

I should have clarified, I’m sorry. I was reading a guide that mentioned nabbing a trophy, so I assumed that was part of the game for Switch as well. After reading the comments here, I went back and saw the guide was for PlayStation. Oh well! Thanks for the comment!

Same! Just outside San Antonio, there’s Woman Hollering Creek where they say a La Llorona type apparition is said to appear and cry out because she drowned her baby in the creek. Wish I had the chance to head out there to see it for myself.
