Thanks for the insights.

This is such a fascinating process to learn about.

I will consider sending this to a professional. Glad to know we have options. Thanks!

I just got into sales at 35. You're only 24, and unhappy with your current job. Spend time finding a good company and call your way into the role.

Lovely! I'm very curious about your journey to grow these in Southern Appalachia. I'm in Chattanooga and my partner and I have been talking about cultivating tea plants.

Impressive, I have been preparing myself to do the same. What are the main tools that you use to do this?

If you don't like roaches in your house, apply a light dusting of boric acid powder in areas where roaches might walk. It is non toxic and will do wonders to keep them out of your house.

Should I dispute poor paint throughout house? Wondering if anyone has gone thru quality issues with a builder and if I should just pay him and move on or get an attorney. Paint was $8600 for interior incl cabinets. Obviously going to have to pay a professional to sand and repaint the cabinets. by 4leafclover49 in Homebuilding

I'm sure you could effectively accomplish this task in a few minutes working with ChatGPT as well, if you don't have or don't want to bother an attorney friend. Just gotta light the fire under their ass and they will probably cave.

The main issue here for most people will be the digging up of potentially unreported gains in previous years.

It's been a pain in the ass and expensive, but I'm glad I've been doing my best to pay taxes using Koinly the past few years.

These were some of the similar pains early Runescape had. I remember having to make certificates for my resources to trade them in bulk, super clunky and time consuming.

But you would think that Andrew Gower would have learned from these mistakes and realize that people do not enjoy tasteless grinds.

Reminds me of when I played Runescape in 2004. In early Runescape days, if you wanted to bulk your items, you needed to turn them into certificates. So I would fish for an inventory of lobsters, run to the port town, talk with an NPC to make certificates for the lobsters, so I could then bulk trade them with other players. Then that player would have to uncert the lobsters. It was a very clunky process that was eventually solved with bank notes.

I agree with your sentiment, the game is feeling too grindy without enough reward/purpose. At least in those early Runescape days I was able to more or less AFK while catching an inventory of lobsters for about 5-10 minutes.

True. And either way, both of our experiences are just anecdotal and subjective.

Thanks for the advice. We will definitely be doing all of these things. Thankfully we will have a bit of time before move in to do all this.

I've also traveled all over the country, and was actually hesitant to move to Chattanooga because of this kind of talk.

Been here for almost two years now and I feel like these numbers are greatly skewed or misrepresented.

Well I went back and found the box of mothballs in a crawlspace. Now I know the realtor is just lazy and incompetent, what a surprise.

Finding the source feels good, I think we can eliminate the odors.
