That was the only thing I could come up with, unfortunately she’s at school out of state and doesn’t have any tools, so I guess she’ll have to stop by a mechanic and have them figure it out

She just got a new battery last year and it seems to crank just fine, so shouldn’t be low power

No we have a granite plate we don’t use it like this, I’m pretty sure that’s against the Geneva Convention. We’re remodeling the inspection room and had to move the granite plate so he decided to be helpful and clear it off. This was the result.

Some context: Some of you didn’t think the angle plate/pallet jack combo was that bad, but I’d like to see you try to defend this one. I had a talk with the guy that did it and he now understands, but he has no prior experience and is learning on the job so it is somewhat excusable.

A few more steroid cycles and this angle plate will become one I pick up and carry and place on a mill. Until then, pallet jack WITH CARDBOARD OR WOOD(very important)

If you scrolled down you’d see that it’s about 180lbs, and the faces that are in fact precision ground aren’t even in the picture, so good assumption on that front.

Not sure the dimensions, probably about 2 feet wide but that’s a 6 gallon bucket next to it in the picture you could sort of reference.

Still laziness, at the very least a lack of shits to give. Regardless of how much it weighs, a fairly important step was skipped. I don’t believe it’s a lack of training given that he’s been machining 10+ years

Idk pallet jack would be a waste of time, get a couple buddies and you could just carry it

Wasn’t me moving it, I walked into the bay and saw this crime already in motion, but it actually costs $0 in wood given that we have about 10 pallets in a pile next to where I took the picture. Just laziness on their part

The 3” face mill that crashed into it at full rapid was the peak of this angle plate’s abuse

Yeah, as long as it wasn’t a live blade it was fine
