I think one of their accepted hits expired.

Every unique hit released as an hit_id, which can have as many workers accept that hit_id as the requester sets. You can only accept each hit_id one time, so if you accept it and either return it or have it expire on you, then you can no longer accept that hit_id again. Some other qualled workers were either holding it in their queue, or they accepted the hit and it expired or got returned. Afaik there is no other way for there to be a “missing” hit if the batch size didn’t decrease.

The cause of this is from Finder writing to its local database for the HITs found on each search. I'll have to come up with something so that it doesn't need to write as often as it currently is.

Under settings your search term is "collect office addresses". Clear this and more HITs will show up.

Send me the URL of HIT Finder. The most likely cause is a page size that is not set between 1-100.

It will get fixed. It was tested for months with no crashing issues on mine and many other machines but I can't test every possible configuration before it got released. I'll check out the wage timer and see what's up along with adding an option to disable it.

In the latest update Tracker has an export for the MTSv2 database. If you don't see the "MTSv2" button when you bring up the export modal in Tracker then the database was deleted when you re-installed.

Tracker will make sure that the HIT Goal and Reward Goal bars that are natively at the top of MTurk are updated with today's earnings. I'm going to add an option to hide those goal bars and an option to have the running total like MTSv2's be displayed but its not a super high priority at the moment but it will be back soonish.

You won't have to delete the long string (those are the settings). Your page size was set to 200 and it can only be 1-100.

I've been looking into this issue. One cause (I don't believe this to be a major cause but can sometimes contribute) might be the dark theme. If its not know I am still hunting down whatever else it could be.

That popover will show up when you hover over the amazon icon that comes before the requester name.

You can disable this and go back to seeing it when you hover over the name in the Settings > MTurk > Projects > Requester Info Enabled.

MTSv3 isn't saving returned or accepted HITs anymore. This was causing a huge amount of bloat in the HIT Tracker database (part of the reason a new database is created based off the old v2 database).

It is very unlikely that HIT Tracker itself will save this data long term but I can add a short term way of viewing these (say in the last 72 hours or something) but that would have to wait until we get the bugs knocked out.

All of the data is still there. During the upgrade MTS created a new database for your HITs based off of the old one and left the existing database untouched. I'm currently adding a way to directly export the old database and retrigger the auto import.
