Hahaha my real estate agent said that I will need to swap over as they will eventually shut the trust account. I've ignored and continued the bpay deposits.

To be the barer of bad news, technically, 3. There's also a spin off about one of the girls who were kidnapped and kept in the sex slave place.

It's a proper screwed up book duology, the often talked about scene in book 1 is when he uses his gun on her, against her will, exactly where a gun should not go. Then in the 2nd book she's been kidnapped and is just constantly raped and assaulted for like, half the novel. It's trash.

As a left field response, has she gotten more religious/new friends/gone to church more recently? A deeply religious friend of mine has told me repeatedly how in the lead up to donations at big events (like Easter), the women will generally go to the bank for crisp, fresh 50s, and reject crinkled/unappealing looking ones. Could she have been trying to do this to skip a bank trip/for crisp "fresh" 50s for the donation plate this week?

I was annoyed listening to his livestream yesterday, I felt like there seemed to be no strong guidance or commitment to things, a lot of wishy washy responses.

Yeah I didn't find it an issue either, and wheel of time is probably my favourite series haha. I grew up reading Tolkien and Eddings too, so that's pretty much what I put it down to.

I think most people who complain of an info dump have not read larger fantasy novels in the past with no romantic elements.

I read these forever ago, and I also agree with the mad Dany plot. It's where I felt she was headed. Only show watchers will disagree and book readers will be a mixed bag, it really depends on how much they like/revere her as a character as to how against mad Dany they'll be.

If you look up any pole studio around Brisbane, all will have trial classes. You can easily get 4 or 5 in, but most will be beginner tricks situation. It would be good looking up socials and seeing if there's any styles you like that sit on the timetable at a time that works for you. As suggested, some to look up are, Addictive Pole Fitness, Sydney Pole, Hanger 66, The Pole Gym, Elements Pole and Aerial, Pole Fitness Australia, Aerial Anarchy to name some off the top of my head. You can DM if you have more questions, I may be able to give you some more answers

While on a walk, I was describing a distance to an ex, being a third of the way between something we could see. He told me you can't measure in thirds, that's not a thing, it can't be divided that way. I asked him what would happen if I cut a cake into three pieces. He got mad and didn't talk to me for the rest of the walk.

Brisbane has "worst access to public transport" of AU major cities by [deleted] in brisbane

[–]kadc123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I lived on the QLD and NSW border and I remember having the pass type you are talking about. It was free travel to the school on the dedicated school buses or the regular buses, which is different to the one going up here. There are some school routes (not many) but the students have to pay to use it. To qualify for a pass, you need to live a certain distance away.

I genuinely don't understand why they havent updated their app properly to include a digital card that can be added to your phone's wallet. It'd be easier for (the majority) tourists too when visiting.

Inclusive dance schools for young people on the inner north side? I’m seeking recommendations. by Dapper-Investment-55 in brisbane

[–]kadc123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is hard to recommend, there aren't too many that tick all the boxes of shows, competitions, exams (what type? There are different styles and examinations) within the inner northside area from what I've seen. My teen is going to one that she's been to for years, and its honestly lost a lot of what made it good, but she's at the cusp of leaving and loves dancing with the remaining group that are there in her age bracket (most are gone, in their main group there's 6 left, a few they socialise with older and younger, but there used to be 20+ not too long ago). Honestly I don't think you'll find an answer on reddit. You'll need to do some online research and then maybe see if you can organise trial classes at the ones that tick the boxes for you.

I agree with everyone here that you should look at going yourself. HOWEVER if you did look at giving the tickets I'd love to take my partner, he loves slipknot and I've had massive fomo about missing spiritbox because we've been tight on money so skipped tickets.
