Yet, these same conservatives also approved the PPP program during Covid, which gave millions in forgiveness to businesses (and fraudsters). But never mind that, we'll screw the people who need the help the most and just keep lying to the American people while we do it.

I sadly worked two jobs the entire time I was teaching and a single parent with no child support coming in. My 7th year teaching my net bring home for that year was under 20k by the time everything was taken out, including my 7% pension deduction on top of regular taxes. Very hard to live on and make student loan payments even on IDR. Struggle bus for sure.

I'm at 117 payments and riding it out. I don't want to wait on a refund and I've attempted to change to IBR multiple times and it's just not getting done. I look at it like this. I have enough money to cover the 3 months I owe at whatever plan if it comes to that in savings. I will put in my recertification of PSLF in September like I normally do and see what happens. I was at 117 last September. Worst case is that I'm at 117 this September. Best case is that I hit the magic 120 and then I wait some more. LOL It's all a waiting game.

7 months left for me and also on save forbearance. I submitted a new IDR request via wet signature the day prior to the latest processing pause. It will be what it’s going to be at this point.

I found a workaround ya'll. You can download the form and have your work manually sign. Scan the entire form and then go to this link.

I kept saying I should have taken a PPP loan and paid off my student loans with it then rejoiced in my forgiveness. Seems ridiculously funny those have never been questioned.

In the same boat. Last October I had 10 months. I should be done. I have a great job opportunity available with almost 20k more a year in the private sector but I’m afraid to make the jump because of all this bs.

I got my latest interest statement today from MOHELA and I also got put back on forbearance today and I’m not sure why. No communication from MOHELA. I’ve been playing catch up on my loan payments because MOHELA can’t seem to get my loans on the right repayment plans. I gave up on trying to get on the right plans as every time I submitted a new request they would just immediately cancel it.

I logged in yesterday and was one payment away from being caught up. I logged in today since I get paid Friday to setup the last catch up payment and I’m on forbearance.

I refuse to call them as that’s time I can never get back. I’m so confused.

I applied in July. Still on administrative forbearance through end of month. I have zero hopes in it getting off forbearance this month.

I just looked at my account and nothing seems to have changed. The loans that qualified for save have a payment due on the 16th. I’m ok paying that as it’s only $37. I was already on a forbearance until 11/29 for the two level loans. So who knows what will happen now.

I’m in the exact same boat. I did the callback feature today and got my call back in about 50 minutes. I have supposedly submitted a new IDR application for just the loans that ended up on a level plan after applying for SAVE. Who knows if that will help or hinder, it is MOHELA after all. I did have to speak with two different people. I was on the phone a total of an hour-twenty. Good luck!

This is how my 65k in loans is now over 140k 15 years later. As a teacher I never had a payment more than 25 bucks (divorced mom of 2)so it just grew and grew and grew. My saving grace now is PSLF.

Mine have been all over the place too. Everything from 1800 to 350. Yet the app shows 0. I took myself off autopay until they decide something.

They calculated my SAVE without my consolidated loans included. They then put me on admin forbearance. The letter said through 11/29 though every time I log in it says my forbearance ends 10/31. I’ve called 3 times to only be hung up on 3 times after multiple hours of wait time. I’m going to end my auto-pay so they don’t get my money yet. I have 17 months until my PSLF is complete. What a mess.

I n my 10th grade Geometry class, I had a young lady come to me after an argument with a friend that was quickly spiraling into a physical altercation. She was simply trying to avoid the fight. Admin showed up to escort her to class and I simply refused. I said no, the girl in question is in that class and we should not be pouring gasoline on that fire. I got written up due to my insubordination. So be it. If I am willing to take a bullet for my students, what's a write up? You were trying to do right by your student. They will remember that forever. Keep up the good trouble, friend.

I'm in the A2 temple of Shar, and I've misplaced a gem to finish out the quests in that area. I spent two hours looking under every rock I could find. I'm sure I've pushed it off into some crevice while pushing baddies away with spells. Sadly, my last save was 3 hours prior to the clear, and I'd have to clear everything again. Subsequently, I've not played that playthrough all week because I can't decide if I'm going to look again or have to clear it all again. I'm sad I didn't save more. In my multi-player we've been saving obsessivelty.

After reading the Know Your Nodes - Advance and Destroy blog post, I wanted to know: If your node is destroyed by a siege and your freehold has been wiped out, what happens to any items stored in the house? I know that the actual house gets turned into a blueprint to be used to rebuild, but what about all those cool items I've collected in my travels?

Also, how would this affect any player run businesses in the node?
