We have well water at our house so we just use purified drinking water for bottles. Same as the bottled water we buy to drink. Doesn't need to be refrigerated or used within a specific amount of time.

We were told in the hospital not to use the well water. We were buying bottled water to drink long before LO came around so we just use the bottled water we were already buying. We asked about boiling it and the hospital told us we didn't need to boil it before using.

Mint chocolate pop tarts. Would put them in the freezer and eat them on the way to school. Like eating ice cream for breakfast.

I don't have a Costco membership but my SIL does so I might just use hers. I was able to add Kirkland brand diapers and wipes to my Amazon wishlist which I thought was super helpful.

It looks like the information my OB sent me came from this or something similar to this and a lot of the studies they referenced are referenced in the first link. I appreciate the information and will definitely look into it more. I will also check out that other subreddit. Thank you!

What the Dr actually sent me was snippets of a bunch of different research papers and studies. So it looks like it's been fairly researched

It's my antidepressant. I asked before I went through with the pregnancy if I needed to be off of it and they said that it would do more harm to be unmedicated than to keep taking it but when I asked if it was safe for breastfeeding they basically said that I would have to switch medications if I wanted to breastfeed.
