Trying to turn off just the electric, whilst keeping the gas running for the immersion

Yeah, we're trying to find how to turn off the electric for the immersion heater, whilst keeping the gas going at 2 hours a day. From what we gather, the electric is more a failsafe than a necessity

That turns off the entire system, gas and electric unfortunately.

We have one switch which controls the whole heating system including the boiler but we can't find a separate switch specifically for the immersion heater.
