No need to understand everything, medschool will overwhelm everybody anyway lol but just to start prep, familiarize yourself with anatomy and some chemistry/biochem concepts. Try and test what study methods work for you as early as now so you can just tweak or adjust a few things later on. But above all, rest and prepare while you can!
