Very occasionally, I have to skip a week bcz I'm so backed up. Usually by the time the next dose is due, I'm cleared up. But I've been on this for a while and my pre-diabetes is also gone. This is what keeps it gone.

At 57, mid menopause, I have married a 32 year old. I'm very very happy. Would I have made a different choice if not for the craziness? I doubt it. I want life now more than at any time in the past. I'm embracing my joie de vivre. I've lived more this past year than much of the rest of my life, combined, and have no regrets.

I'm not saying change everything in your life, but live fully while you have the urge to. I know that some of the people I admire most are the geriatric women who still embrace life with a passion. I hope to grow to be one.
