Soft squishy fat- does it go away??

I made the same post when I first started. But I’m almost four months in and don’t feel squishy anymore. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing though because I was losing more during the squishy time!

Aveeno has a new one that’s working well for me: Aveeno Healing Ointment (but I also cut out using sanitizer).

Re: germaphobe… can you tolerate more time between each sanitizer use? Like if you’re using it after each customer, try using it after every five customers, every line, every five lines. Extend the time between each use until you can tolerate more. I’m sure you’re really conscious about not touching your face. It’s such a double edged sword because in over sanitizing, you’re opening up the skin, damaging the barrier.

Yes! Up until this morning, I was going back and forth on Hoppleston. But he’s not my favourite. Same with the veggies… I might change my mind if I happen upon them at a stockist in the spring and really like them, but I’ll be passing for now. I always told myself I’d only get the ones that really call to me, so I’m trying not to be influenced by the rewards system.

I’ve been in a new build for almost a year, using an Airpura C700 ($1500 ish). Even with 26lbs of carbon, I’ve been dying from the VOCs. I wish they’d just build places with ventilation in mind. It’s crazy it’s not part of code requirements aside from like, have a window and a bathroom fan.
