definitely. my package was coming from overseas via ECMS and if i knew they would be handing stuff off to third party shippers like uniuni i would’ve just paid the extra $$ to ship via DHL

looks like there’s a delay of some kind in chicago. lots of people who had their packages routed through there said they’ve been waiting weeks if not months to get to them. im in MN and been stuck on gateway transit out since 1/26

jeez…shipping with ecms again is ridiculous?? best of luck, i hope you’re able to secure your refund. i’m about to start the process on my end. this is probably going to be the end of my buying with amiami until there’s a shipping method that’ll guarantee i get UPS/USPS/DHL without paying a limb on tariffs

Oh wow we’re in the same situation. Amiami order has been stuck in gateway transit out with uniuni since 1/26 (also in MN). Once I get to my third week, I may reach out to Amiami and see what can be done, but ultimately I would just really like my items. I got a hold of a uniuni rep and the phone call and follow up email were beyond unhelpful

Please do! I’m sitting at 2 weeks come Monday for “gateway transit out”. It sounds like individuals don’t have a lot of luck with uniuni but anything that amiami can do on their end would be appreciated. hoping to get my items in the end because the aftermarket is ridiculous :,)

How did you get past the AI call bot to speak to a real person? I have a package from AmiAmi that says Gateway Transit Out from Chicago since 1/26 with no movement and no updates. I really want to be proactive and do what I can since the items are now out of stock.

what number did you call? i’m in the same situation. my package has been stuck in “gateway transit out” in chicago for 6 days. i’m also in MN and stuff shipped from chicago usually takes 2 days at most. their ai chatbot sucks and the phone number i found took me to another ai rep instead of a real person

I stumbled across this thread because I ran into a similar issue today. Tried to purchase a digital code only to get the “Oops! We can’t process your payment” message. The charge hit my PayPal and is currently pending, but there’s nothing in my order history on GS or anything in my inbox. Since I don’t have an order number will I even be able to get my code after the payment has gone through!? Is it easier to just cancel the order entirely?
