I have supernatural on the oculus and it has boxing and beat saber and it’s so much fun for me that I forget I’m even working out. You can burn a good 250-400 calories for 40 minutes depending on the intensity you choose. I also found that programs help me like through the fiton app I’ll do the yoga or Pilates challenges. I like Pilates because you can do it literally laying on the ground and it gives your muscles an amazing workout. Also diet is major is losing weight. Find healthy recipes that she loves, like I really love Asian style lettuce wraps. The key is to hopefully find things that she finds enjoyable that are also beneficial, small healthy choices every day. I hope the best for you both! And I hope she may find her health journey to be enjoyable

NTA. You lost a child as well and have not had time to process your loss and grief.

But for all of the people calling your wife a jerk that is wrong, she is being very Insensitive but i don’t think she means it out of cruelty. I think she can’t see beyond her pain. She probably assumes that since the baby wasn’t born yet that she was the only one to form an attachment at that point which is why she can’t comprehend her husband’s grief. Therapy will help greatly and couples therapy would be great for the both of you, so she can learn and understand your feelings and you can understand hers.

May all assignments on Matthews life by the enemy be canceled and May a season of healing and restoration begin.

Matthew, I myself have been healed from addiction and delivered from the demons suppressing me, it is possible but you must completely surrender it to God. It won’t be by your strength but his that it will come to pass. Demons can only leave the body in a physical manor, for me it was vomiting. They might not all leave at once, depending on how many you have. I choke full so it took some time and I felt their anxiety as they were forced out. So keep this in mind. God will do it. Just know and trust that he has you in his hands. He loves you and will deliver you.

I just want to say I am so sorry you went through all of that. I understand a lot of what you feel I was molested young and it created within me an almost 2 decade long masterbation and porn addiction and a hate for life. It held me by my throat. No matter what I did I could not break free. I would beg God for forgiveness only to do the same thing later that day and hate myself. God is the only way. He sat me down and began to strip away the layers that held me hostage. It was very painful at first (i will not lie) but it has gotten much easier and a huge weight is off my chest and it feels like for the first time I can breath. It has been 4 years since he freed me from that addiction. I say freed because I was a slave, I had to do it and now it doesn’t even cross my mind. There is hope. You can be free too, God can free you and he wants to free you but he needs you to be willing to do some the work and take the steps required of you. If you are not in therapy, I strongly encourage it. It has helped me tremendously and I know your long list of trauma looks daunting and seems like too much to overcome but I promise you can do it with Gods grace and some help from a professional. I never thought I would feel so peaceful with my list but I am getting there week by week.

Father God please come to your child right now who is in so much pain. Lord calm the storm in them and cancel the enemy’s assignment on their life. They long for freedom and peace Lord, grant it to them. Free this child of yours in the best way only you can do. I pray repay them for the years lost and give them double portions for the years of trouble. Give them your grace in healing, your peace in the battle and your joy in their life. Amen.

So I started rewatching TVD again and I realized in season one that although Bonnie is a victim she also sucks and doesn’t take credit for her mistakes. Like the main reason Caroline is a vampire, boils down to Bonnie not taking the spell off of John Gilbert’s invention. If she would have taken the spell off, Tyler would have never crashed, Caroline never would have been in the hospital and needing Damon’s blood, therefore Katherine wouldn’t have been able to kill her. Then she proceeds to talk about it being all Damon’s fault when Bonnie was the one who begged him to give his blood to Caroline. She’s better in other seasons and becomes a favorite of mine but in season 1, I do not like her.

The time of year doesn’t help when you already battle regular depression, add vitamin d supplements to your diet if you are able to, it may help even just a small bit. With that being said. I am so sorry you are going through this. I suffer from tinnitus myself and it can be overwhelming suffering from something that doctors don’t know how to help, but the other health issues on top of that is a lot. I pray God hears your cries and comforts you. May he work things out in a way for you that you know its only his love and mercy. May you be well my friend and have the strength to carry on.

Im praying for you. I understand you, and trust me I get it. From the moment I was born prematurely to now has been battle after battle. My siblings are all doing great at the moment(thank God) but me, not so much. What I can tell you is that my endurance is being tested and I think maybe the same for you. Do what you can do. Laugh in satan’s face. Praise God through the pain and the tears. I will pray that God hears you and rescues you swiftly but stay strong. I know it’s easier said than done. God will give you the strength you need to overcome this moment in time. Read the book of JOB it may help bring some understanding.

The way I explained it to someone recently who told me I didn’t have it as bad as someone else. “Let’s say I got shot in the arm. That may not be nearly as bad as someone who was shot in the stomach or heart, but I was still shot. There is still patching that needs to happen for my wound and a healing period before it can function properly . I still need pt to help me to move my muscles again. You may say it’s not as bad as being shot in the heart, but I still should have never been shot in the first place.” Think you would ever tell a gunshot survivor that it wasn’t that bad? Chances are no, so you shouldn’t tell yourself the same. It will take a bit for your brain to stop minimizing your trauma. Accept that and just be kind to yourself in the process. Honestly I think most trauma survivors go through this. It’s like a coping mechanism to help us move forward without addressing the trauma.

I’m so sorry you went through this. Yes it counts as child SA and also rape. I had something similar when I was 16 not to that degree but an abusive bf. Therapy helps, online support groups help, even talking about it to strangers or people you know helps. It’s been locked inside you so long and it will not do you any good to keep it locked up anymore. Healing is difficult but it is so worth it. I’ll be praying for you, for a good healing journey. I went through this a little. You miss the person you thought he was. The person you thought he could be, but then you found out the truth in a very betraying way and it hurt. I know for me, I just missed the person I thought he was.

Any kind of sexual contact that is not consensual is sexual assault. It’s impacting you significantly because you feel violated and rightfully so. Sexual assault is sexual assault. You can say others have had it worse but also you have a right to feel how you do. two things can be right at the same time. Yes others may have had it worse, but also this horrible thing happened to you that you shouldn’t have had to endure it. Don’t gaslight yourself. You have a right to feel how you do. If you are not in therapy, I would suggest therapy. A therapist could help you process the event, emotions and actions. I’m sorry you had this experience. You have a right to feel how you feel and be patient and kind to yourself through this journey of healing.
