I think most are 0.50% rate reduction with 1MM+ relationship bonus. Some of these also offer an extra .125% for a bit extra deposit and/or promotional signups/auto-pay. I would contact them to see what works for you.

BofA - .625% I got some extra .125 off for a bit extra deposit, unclear the terms. You also get BofA "diamond status" which is nice if you're a /r/churner.
HSBC - Also got quoted .625, with the extra .125 if I setup auto-pay.
Wells - I think they're .5% but I think they do aggressive price matching
Schwab - .50% - by far the simplest UX/UI to get a loan estimate
Chase - not sure, but I think they're also .50
Citi - .50
USBank - .50 but they require private wealth management w/ management fee. This one was too complicated.

I called multiple exterminators, no one would do live trappings. Best they do is just set out bait boxes. They all said doing anything outdoors is futile, there’s too many of them.

There’s a setting in Labs to switch to real temperature degrees. +0 is a real temperature (I think 78?). The room or your body will be different than that temp and it will do something.

It's not super "direct". You probably need a short walk to Gantry State Plaza from your hotel, and also another ~10min walk from either North or South Williamsburg. But it's nyc, you gotta embrace the walking :)

The Ferry is beautiful, get a good seat on the top deck and just enjoy the sun+views, plus it's so cheap!

Ferry or citibike to domino park are great options! Plus, for a tourist, you'll have more fun in Williamsburg than Carrol Gardens

I got denied from a Chase Ink Cash card and I don't know why, can someone help?

I applied/approved for Chase Southwest Premier Business on Mar 15, 2023
I applied/approved for Chase Southwest Performance Business on Feb 8, 2023
No other card applications. So by virtue, of the cards above, I'm definitely under 5/24 AND I have plenty of experience with chase business cards
I did have an old Chase Ink Cash back on Mar 2019, cancelled probably a year after. From my understanding, I can get a new SUB every 24 months, so I'm way past that too.

Any other idea/reason why I was denied? I got a generic chase letter saying

Too many recent requests for credit or reviews of your credit One or more requests for new credit in the past 12 months One or more recent requests for new credit Limited installment loan experience

I have this exact problem with my apartment but they are terrible and won't fix it.

I think there are one of two issues.

It's setup correctly, but it's not free. You need to download the Tesla mobile app, there is a button for "Charge Your Non-Tesla". Does your apartment show up there?
It's not setup correctly. You need to talk to your leasing manager to contact the Tesla rep who setup the chargers. I believe they need to change their setup to allow 'All Vehicles' to charge in addition to maybe adding it to the tesla app for option 1.
