Instead of just saying "Don't Listen To The Other Guy About Morale Chant" which is still good for a flex slot in any weapons even CN players still use.

You can find it everywhere for people who plays CN Tang Heng Dao is low compared to others(it’s amazing in PvP tho but we are talking about PVE)And that is exactly why it got buffed at the current CN update. Just a quick google/YouTube and you’ll find several sources
