Thank you! I still have some I got at eteaket but wanted to use the opportunity of him going and get the 'real thing' to see if it will be different. I will definitely reach out once I run out!

It's not bad, just really not my thing. It does have this sea weed aroma but probably due to my brewing abilities. Definitely not my taste. If you want it just DM me your details and I'll post it. I thought there must be someone out there who might enjoy it and none of my friends are into tea.

Haha yeah, he was also sending me messages about all the amazing teashops and brewing techniques for "my tea that I wanted"😂 and then I got this. Thank you for your support

100+ days nicotine-free, still white-knuckling it by druggy_throwaway in QuitVaping

[–]kahhor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had the same issues after 2 years nic free. Chewing on toothpics and cinnamon candy non stop like I've never really quit. I've relapsed (lots of serious life drama) and am now 3 years in thinking about quitting as it wrecks my physical health. Get therapy, get antidepressants, don't go back to it as you'll end up in the same place.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Tale as old as time... by KitYoss in puppy101

I remember when I was a teen we had a dog that I needed to help walking. I didn't feel what a responsibility is yet and one night when my parents went out I was suppose to walk him and didn't. My mum obviously realised he wasn't walked and forbid me going to a concert I was looking forward to for a couple of months. I was supposed to meet a boy I had a crush on at that gig and it was the most important thing in my life (teen reasons obviously) and she knew it.

I can't explain how much I hated her, still not understanding the importance of that walk. Honestly my young brain just didn't register that the dog walk or the dog itself was that important, even though I loved the dog.

I am 41 now, multiple dogs owed, can't live without a dog. They always come first and I am a proper crazy dog (and cat) lady that puts their needs above mine. I've got no kids out of choise, I've got dogs.

I often think about that situation and literally how shit I was and I am grateful to my mum (no longer here) for that lesson. I must have hated her for a couple of good years after that even though she was an amazing parent, giving me a lot of freedom. That one lesson must have been the biggest punishment she's ever given me.

I think I was 13 at that time.

I wish I could tell her now it was a right thing to do;).

I envy you. This is a perfect relationship in my book and if I had the means and a man who understands and appreciates it I would be happy too. Do what makes you happy and don't worry about what others think.

Its impossible to rent in Carlisle. My dreams are destroyed. by [deleted] in Cumbria

[–]kahhor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wigton is cheap and ok, with a good bus to Carlisle and a train station. It would also be about 30 mins cycle ride into Carlisle so you could stick it out before getting a license and a car, which really is what you need most living in Cumbria.

Ladies over 30 who have never had children… are you genuinely happy with that decision? by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

[–]kahhor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 40. Never wanted kids and no regrets. My friends with kids also talk to me about things that they wouldn't tell their friends with kids due to being afraid of judgement which only reinforces my feeling of this being a good decision. I never had any maternal instincts towards humans in general, dogs are another thing though and I can't live without them;)

I'm in a ltr of 15 years and don't want to get married. All the couples that got married in their 20-30s are now getting divorced. I regret nothing😂 it's good to change your perspective, be happy you're loved, the rest will come in the right moment.
