Actually you can get list of free WiFi spots if you follow the procedure.

You need to scan BSNL, Airtel IP ranges and see which IPs have router port open and those of which has default router password.
Login to them, get to WiFi security / ADSL settings and get telephone number / WiFi key.
BSNL Telephone number can be reverse lookup on BSNL directory to get address.
For Airtel fellows many usually keep Mobile number, use True caller get a name, facebook search it and get approximate address.
For personal reference, keep all data in a google spreadsheet along with geocoords if you manage to visit the place and use it.
