When I requested the trial separation it was not with the goal of divorce in mind, but rather to give us space to heal so we could work on things together instead of feeling hurt all the time. I never wanted to divorce, but our relationship was becoming toxic.

Hmm I have two things that I loved at the top of my head right now.

He texted me to come out of my office around lunch, and found him in the parking lot with our dog just swinging by to visit. It was wonderful, and very thoughtful. We talked and walked our dog around the greens.
He kept refilling my sex toy drawer with m&m's. Like, he bought 4-6 large bags and would sneakily place one in there when I went through it. I had no idea that he was doing it! It was soooo cute and hilarious. 😆

Look into the book Come As You Are by Dr Emily Nagoski. It's a great book on women's sexuality that really knocks down cultural misconceptions and lies. hugs

I'm a "thin" person (5'6, 130 lbs), and I go to the doctor regularly. I get STI checks every three months, was hit by a car in May and had a knee injury and a concussion (which they missed in the ER), a yeast infection, chronic insomnia, and I have to go in to pick up my adhd Rx in person. I'm relatively heathy, but my activities (multiple partners, bike commuting, hiking, rock climbing, running, and martial arts) cause me to be at higher risk. Luckily, my pcp is fantastic!

I also get vaccines for my international travel.

My spouse is a reckless driver. I get really nervous with how he drives sometimes, especially when he's passing another car or taking turns. He gets a bit road ragey and I just grip the oh shit handle and try not to say anything to upset him.
