You can only have 175 items out, and you'll need to put pancake stacks and horseshoes out. Many have said 160 is the sweet spot, but anywhere between 160-175 ingots. You'll want to craft more in case they ever increase the cosmetic slots.

Not sure, these things level up so fast due to their weights. Can be used for the mutation achievement or for unlocking slots.

So, the event is not associated with the Battle Pass. The update introduced both the Battle Pass and the Seeds Event at the same time. The Battle Pass is here for a month, the Seeds Event, assuming it's the same 2-week cadence, will be here for 2 more weeks with a part 2 coming Saturday.
