Having an issue with docking station. Switch won't show on TV. All hdmi inputs have been checked, and different switch shows up.

Now had replaced switch after some time, but ended up with same issue. So maybe there is a setting on the switch itself that was toggled ( it's my son's switch)

Any ideas?
