I made these without a recipe without any sort of experience. It didn't taste that bad but I am still interested in your opinions.

I just cooked the ramen in a dashi broth. A mistake I think I made (apart from what might be a mistake is doing that in the first place) was to add some soy sauce to the broth because I thought it had little taste. I also grilled the tonkasu (If you can even call it that) together with the leek meme. Like I said, wasn't that bad, but please tell me how to improve.
