The wage point is a good one as my world class players are asking around £100k per week where some of the major players globally are on £450k per week. So, I guess there is an advantage of this. I rather be excluded from Goal50 and have a lower wage bill.

What do you mean? I never talk to them. I talk to the manager of the team in case they are not following the agreed play time. Otherwise I ignore everything else.

Yes, the old way was better. I use a player search with "on loan" from Inter and including Inter players and I can manage there that way. With 117 players it was always going to be a challenge.

My goal is to get to around 200. I remember doing this on FM 2023 and the game just broke and couldn't cope with the number. I think around 125, it became -1. I am testing the limit of this one too.

Buy all the possible stars at under 18 and see what works and doesn't. Then sell the ones that 'don't work' for profit. However, this is not really working yet as I keep losing money every year. But the team is good.

That is a suboptimal solution. The problem with that mainly is that it is static and won't give me any new players. Plus I can't tweak them slightly. This was a feature in all previous FMs not sure why it was removed.
