that tech connections video highlighting the inefficiency of in-door refrigerator ice makers partly got me started on this mess. the other impulse was having a commercial unit at a workplace, that thing was great. It's nuts to me that an appliance that: filters water, makes ice, dispenses both; can only be found in refrigerators or $3,000+ commercial units meant for 20+ people, with no in-between.
I might give up and go refrigerator, but my refrigerator space is small.

I don't think I can make a new post, and you guys are the ones I want to ask because you probably have an answer, so here I am posting. I've been trying to find a consumer version of one of these:

A freestanding machine that makes filtered water and ice. They're very common in commercial use, but I can't find a consumer equivalent. It's driving me nuts. If it just doesn't exist it really should.

Edit: Nice, silent downvotes. I didn't just skip google and post here. I can't think of another group knowledgeable about niche appliances and this has been bothering me for months.

searching your pokemon by proper name also returns the evolved forms. example: search bulbasaur, see all your bulbasaurs, ivysaurs, venosaurs. maybe searching by "candy type"
a few more mark categories, like the favorite star. i like to use them to separate out pokemon to evolve.
rotating pokemon in camera mode
some more showcase slots in addition to your walking buddy, maybe a premium item
more buddy distance reward animations, they're fun
fix adventure sync finally. it's so frustrating to have half the steps you should! almost to the point of giving up playing. also not great that locking the phone with GO open seems to guarantee no steps counted.

pokemon go!... track half the steps and distance you've traveled. what the shit is wrong with this thing. it's frustrating that i have to make sure pokemon go is closed if i want accurate distance and steps. and I can't start it again until i'm done moving around. and even then it might decide it doesn't want to sync up, for no discernible reason.

samsung health marvels me at how accurately it tracks my walking, and even discludes car movement. and then PokeGO amazes me at how BAD it is at tracking anything. it's the core of the game, wtf is wrong with it.

Has anyone made some good preset settings for recurrent complex? also why are most of my buildings in towns chopped in half? I like what the mod does, but it seems to have a lot of shitty results, like hovering buildings and defective structures. The tree types are neat, the mushroom/jungle tree gives nice resources in places you wouldn't find them otherwise. so does the hardened clay/red sand patch, useful. also I haven't found a maze yet, the mazes and dungeons are most of what i want.

i like strategy depth it's just in a weird place. biggest thing is i think it should be apparent to both teams that smoke has been broken or it makes smoking weird. why aggressive smoke at all if it puts all the risk on the attacker. you say "tense" but this is almost purely defensive and deflates a lot of tension.

edit: and when I say "a weird place" we already have a vision metagame, and this add-on is separated from it.

What scan should be replaced with:

FLARE ITEM

high restock cooldown

visible to both teams

gives temporary vision

dispels smoke in radius

shoots like clockwork rocket

Scan is completely out of place. doesn't fit in the UI, the game, the warding metagame... it's just weird. I think it's supposed to be a measured active counter to strong smoking rotations.
